- Menu decisions should be made no later than two weeks prior to your event to ensure that your event is a success.
- Changes to your menu must be made no later than 7 days prior to your event.
- The final number of attendees will be due no later than 48 hours prior to your event. If no final number is given, the estimated number will become the deadline guaranteed number. Should your numbers rise after this 48 hour deadline, every attempt will be made to accommodate your group and you will be charged accordingly. Should your numbers fall after this 48 hour deadline, you will be charged for the guaranteed number.
- Significant rise or fall of your actual attendee numbers may result in the change of your event room at the discretion of management.
- Any changes to the above agreed upon information such as room, times of service, etc. must be agreed upon by both parties and the contract must be changed to reflect these changes.
- Champions Run holds no responsibility for items brought on to club property by members or guests.

- Food must not leave the premises under any circumstances.

- Smoking is not permitted in Champions Run at any time with the exception of The Rough Bar and Men's and Ladies Card Rooms.
- Attendees must adhere to the dress code provided by Champions Run. Proper business attire, semi-formal and/or formal attire are required in all private event rooms at the club. Jeans, cut-offs, sweats, tank tops and halter tops are restricted. Please see the rules and regulations handbook for a complete dress code listing.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of this event may result in the above named party bearing a responsibility for 50% of the estimated food and beverage ordered. If no food and beverage has been ordered at the time of cancellation, the above named party will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.00 per attendee for a daytime scheduled event or $10.00 per attendee for an evening event. The number of attendees will be based on the attendee number given in this contract or the final guarantee number given, whichever is greater.
Please note that the $500.00 deposit given is automatically forfeited if this event is cancelled. Your attendees must adhere to the policies and procedures that are upheld by all members of Champions Run. If these policies are abandoned, you may be held liable for actions committed by you or a member of your group.
